I Am a Photographer
Photography has been a hobby of mine since high school. Mainly a street photographer, I try to capture the beauty of the every day. My photos tend to have a strong emphasis on 2D space.
I shot a variety of formats, just to keep things interesting. Changing my capture format changes how I look at a scene. It forces me to think differently. And, of course, this affects the final photo.
For film, I shot 35mm with an SLR, as well as 120 with a toy camera. I also shoot digital, both with a point-and-shoot and with a DSLR. But it doesn’t stop there– in addition to traditional lenses for my DSLR, I have a plastic toy lens and a pinhole lens.
